- Post Natal Musculoskeletal check: Performed any time after obstetrician’s 6 week check-up.Includes pelvic floor, abdominal, gluteal muscle check and education regarding breast feeding postures & baby handling ergonomics
Treatment of:
- Post surgical scarring and pain from Caesarean & Episiotomy
- Post natal back, pelvic and/or coccyx pain •
- Post natal abdominal muscle separation from 2-4 weeks post delivery
- Post natal thoracic and/or neck pain
- Post natal wrist and/or thumb pain
- Post natal core strengthening and return to activity programs
